Each show consists of 12 performances and a Preview Night. These run Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings at 730pm sharp and Sundays at 2pm sharp, for 3 weeks.

Tickets for a regular show are: Adult $22, Senior (65+) $20 and Student $15

Tickets for a musical show are: Adult $27, Senior (65+) $24 and Student $15

There is a large city lot next to our building, as well as plenty street parking. You do not need to pay tolls evenings after 5pm or on weekends. 

Yes! We have a few removable seats for larger wheelchairs (please call the box office to solidify these requests). We also have a lift that can take patrons upstairs to your seats and/or downstairs to the lounge. 

Our box office is open every Saturday from 11am - 3pm. During performances, we are open Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 5pm-730pm and Sundays from 11am-2pm

Yes! We offer gift cards which you can purchase online or in the box office. Please note that gift cards must be redeemed through the box office and cannot be redeemed online. 

We are so sorry you missed your show. We send out friendly email reminders two days before your performance. (Always check your spam folder). You may exchange your ticket for another performance date (there are 12 performances of each show) at no extra cost to you.  

REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY:

Any service fees are non-refundable. Tickets are non-refundable WITH THE EXCEPTION of: In the event of a cancelled or postponed show, you have 7 days from your show date to request a refund. Note that eligible refunds will NOT be automatic. You must request a refund if you meet the criteria. Anything beyond this will be considered a donation to The Belleville Theatre Guild. Refunds will be issued to the card used (online) or etransfer (box office or phone). 

We sure do! Groups of 10+ receive 10% off their total order. This is automatic online or at the box office. 

If you require a support worker to attend a show with you, we offer a complimentary ticket to this individual. Please note, you will need to contact our box office to complete this order. 

We kindly ask that you show up to your performance on time (7:30pm for evening performances and 2:00pm for afternoon matinees). If you are late, you will not be permitted to enter the theatre to your seat until intermission. There is a screen in the lounge where you may watch the first half of the show. 

Please turn off or silence any devices you may have. We have a small theatre and with it being, live we want to eliminate any distractions to other patrons and our actors on stage.
