All people who bought subscriptions for the 2024-25 Season have had matching subscriptions reserved in their TIX account. (TIX is our ticket system.)
These reservations will be honoured until June 28, 2025.
These reservations are based on the current email address used by the subscriber (or their postal address if no email was given.) Instructions for completing the renewal process will be mailed out but you can renew sooner.
Subscribers who provided an e-mail address with their purchase have accounts created in TIX that can be accessed on-line through that e-mail address.
Note 1: The e-mail address for your account is the same one that receives reminders that you have purchased tickets for upcoming plays.
Note 2: If you have never accessed your account before, the login process includes the ability to reset your password, by choosing the 'forgot password' option.
When you have successfully got into you account, you can find your subscription reservation under 'my orders'.
If you have not yet paid for your subscription it will be listed as 'incomplete' under the Order ID column.
Click on the word 'incomplete' and you will be presented with the details of your 2025-26 Subscription.
If nothing needs to be changed then you can complete your order by clicking on the 'complete' button and following the instructions for payment.
Please contact the box office for any changes or other issues such as:
- changing to different seats,
- changing to a different day of performance
- need to pay by other means
= cancelling your renewal
New subscriptions can be purchased on-line or through the box office.
It is recommended that you reference the explanation about how subscriptions work before selecting your subscription package.
After you have decided which package that you would like to subscribe to, go to the TIX system and select your seat(s) and proceed to checkout.
If you wish to:
- pay for you subscription by cash, cheque or other method not offered,
- correct an error in your seat selection,
-purchase a subscription without and e-mail address
A subscription package purchases a seat for each of the five play productions for the season.
Each BTG production has performances scheduled to run Thursday through Sunday for three weeks in a row. All performances except those on Sundays begin at 7:30 PM. Sunday performances are matinees and start at 2 PM.
Subscriptions packages are setup assign a ticket for the same performance of each production in the same assigned seat. For example, a subscription might be for the second Friday performance seat B13. For planning and information, a table of the performance dates for each package is given.
Not a problem. At any time after the tickets are released for individual ticket sales (June 28, 2025) you can contact the Box Office and have the tickets for the conflicting date switched with another performance where seating is available.
We have a cozy theatre that can seat 154 patrons.
We have accessible seating in the front row. Four of these seats can be removed for wheelchair access. Please call the box office should you require these seats. 613.967.1442 or send us a message
If you use a cane, walker or other assistance, we have a lift that can bring you to the lounge and up to the theatre.
