Our box office is open every  Saturday from 11am-3pm


During performances, we are open:

 Thursday - Saturday 5pm-730pm & Sundays 11am - 2pm

Accessing Your TIX Account

Subscribers who provided an e-mail address with their purchase have accounts created in TIX that can be accessed on-line through that e-mail address.


Note 1:  The e-mail address for your account is the same one that receives reminders that you have purchased tickets for upcoming plays.


Note 2:  If you have never accessed your account before, the login process includes the ability to reset your password, by choosing the 'forgot password' option.

2025-26 table of Performance Dates

Seating at the Pinnacle Playhouse

We have a cozy theater that can seat 154 patrons. 


We have accessible seating in the front row. Four of these seats can be removed for wheelchair access. Please call the box office should you require these seats. 613.967.1442 or send us a message


If you use a cane, walker or other assistance, we have a lift that can bring you to the lounge and up to the theater. 

Gift Cards

Gift cards can only be purchased at our box office.

Our box office staff will be glad to help you customize your gift card to fit your needs.

We will no longer be offering digital gift cards due to challenges experienced by our box office staff.

Any digital gift cards still in circulation will be honoured.
