Synopsis

For Professor Lowenthal, there’s no need to look beyond the ideals of Socrates. But will Socratic ideals hold up when a bust of Socrates turns into an ideal weapon and ethical debate turns into ethical dilemma? What happens when life and death and tenure and grades hang in the balance and everyone’s a philosopher all of a sudden, even the detective on the case?
