How to Become a Member

If you have an e-mail address:

  1. If you are not already on the newsletter e-mail list please add your name here.
  2. Complete and send a scanned copy of the Membership form (below) or otherwise provide similar information in an  e-mail to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. specifying how you would like to pay for your membership.
    • by an e-transfer to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. (This is easiest way!  Autodeposit; no security question required.)
    • In cash at the boxoffice or otherwise in person
    • make a phone payment to the boxoffice
  3. Make your payment by the arranged method when you receive confirmation of receipt.

If you don't have an e-mail address please visit the box office or sign up in person at the annual open house or when joining a production.

Membership Form

Membership season starts on July 1 and ends on June 30 of the following year.  There is no restriction on when a individual may join the BTG.

Memberhsip fees are as follows:

  • Individual:  $20
  • Student: $10
  • Family: $35

Special Early Renewal Discount for returning members.  For returning members, the following membership fee price structure applies to members who renew their membership prior to or at the annual BTG Open House in September.

  • Individual:  $10
  • Student: $5
  • Family: $20

As a thank you for choosing to become a member and being involved in the Guild, each member will receive a complimentary ticket for the first Friday or Saturday performance of all regular season productions to which they contribute.  (A member's contribution is determined by being listed by name in as production team, cast or crew in the programme.)  This complimentary ticket may be used by anyone the member designates including themselves if not otherwise active in the performance.
